Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• Opened items are not eligible unless approved due to damage or defect.

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Return shipping: Customer is responsible. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Shipping

• We ship within the U.S. via USPS or UPS.
• Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Missing package? If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
