Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• Opened items not eligible unless approved due to damage or defect.

To request a refund:

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Do not return items without authorization.

Return shipping: Customer is responsible. Use a trackable method.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Shipping

• We ship within the U.S. via USPS or UPS.
• Orders before 2 PM EST (Mon–Fri) usually ship same day.

Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking info.

Missing package? Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date if your package is marked delivered but not received.
