What does the purity figure on the label mean?
The figure printed on the label is the specification. The number that applies to the vial in your hand is the measured result on that batch's own certificate, opened by the code printed on the label.
How do I find the certificate for the vial I received?
Read the batch code off the label and enter it in the COA portal, or type it into the search on this site. The same code appears in the Certificates by batch table on the product's page. No account is needed.
What is a pre-sale product?
A pre-sale product is a batch that has been produced and is shipping while its certificate is still with the laboratory. Its page says Certificate pending until the certificate is published against its batch code.
